Step 2: Add a star next to your name every time you take class!

Step 3: Every class you take during the challenge is an entry into our AWESOME selection of prizes!

You’ve been training all month and now you get to show yourself what you’ve got!

The LIFT DRY TRI combines 45 minutes of each class to create the ultimate LIFT experience.  Push past your limits, smash your goals, and leave sweaty, inspired, and LIFTed!

Registration is $50 and gets you:

CERTIFICATIONS

LIFT BARRE CERTIFICATION

Are you interested in taking your personal practice to the next level? Perhaps teaching for LIFT Exercise Studio or teaching LIFT Barre at another studio in your local community? LIFT’s Barre certification program is the most comprehensive, hands on barre certification available in the South Bay and will educate and empower you to take your practice to the next level, personally and/or professionally.

LIFT’s Barre Certification Includes:

  • Learn primary barre poses; set-up, alignment and engagement cueing
  • Identify and apply modifications to poses for stage of life or injuries
  • How to cue poses and make hands on adjustments for beginners and advanced students
  • Learn sequencing for a 45 minute, 60 minute and 75 minute class
  • Practice teach to prepare you for the real world
  • Full training binder provided at the completion at the training
  • Plus 1 month of unlimited LIFT Barre classes to assist in your training

Our certification program requires a 50% initial payment to reserve a space in the program, with the final 50% due 1 week prior to the start of training. Deposits are non refundable.

LIFT BIKE CERTIFICATION

Now is the time to get indoor bike certified! Join LIFT Exercise Studio in an indoor bike training course that will take your personal practice to a whole new level AND could become your next paid passion project :). Our LIFT Bike Certification is the only one in the South Bay that teaches you how to map your ride to the beat and every beat drop in music, making your ride more than just a workout.

LIFT’s Bike Certification Includes:

  • Learn how to count and measure beats to set the appropriate speed in your class
  • Guiding principles between speed and resistance
  • Learn to sequence 3 different types of formats; interval, speed, endurance
  • Practice teaching to prepare for the real world of teaching
  • Complete training manual to take home at the completion of the training
  • Plus 1 month of unlimited LIFT Bike classes to assist in your training
