Heated HIIT 60
In 60 minutes we will change your body! Infusing elements of barre, pilates and yoga, we strengthen and lengthen every inch of your body; specifically targeting the thighs, hamstring, glutes, core, and upper body. LIFT Barre 60 consists of isometric holds, heavy repetition and finishes with deep targeted stretching. Dynamic movements flow you from exercise to exercise keeping your heart rate lifted and body warm while small hand weights, yoga blocks, Thera bands and other props are used throughout class to take your practice deeper. Embrace the shake, feel the burn and leave LIFTed. Recommended for all levels.

NEW High Intensity LIFT Barre Class In this 45 minute, 80 degree heated class we combine the primary principles of Barre work (pilates and yoga) with the intensity and heat you experience in our HIIT class. Still low impact, this class focuses on large range of motion movements targeting your thighs, seat, hamstrings and upper body while embracing the burn and depth of engagement in our core abdominal exercises. Recommended for students with a strong LIFT Barre and LIFT Heated HIIT practice.
An indoor bike ride like none other; taught to the beat of the music, in a dark candle lit room. Enjoy a range of rides from interval, endurance, climbs and speed. Small hand weights or Thera-bands are used during the arm work section of class. Get lost, leave lifted. Recommended for all levels.

Get ready to sweat! Designed on the principles of high intensity interval training our instructors will take you through 8 intervals, targeting every muscle in the body. Each interval has an active and recovery period resulting in an increased metabolism, high caloric burn and fast results. Amazing music, 85 degree heat and killer teachers will transform your body and mind one interval at a time. Modifications are available for new and advanced students alike. Recommended for all levels.
